The Factory Outlet Mall in South Pattaya was opened in 2001 and was the first of its kind launched in Thailand by Outlet Mall Company Limited. Spread over more than 12,000 square meters of retail space and with over 1,000 car parks, the two-storey indoor shopping centre offers over 200 selected leading brands for all genders and ages at bargain prices, with daily discounts ranging from 10% to 70%. Selected brands include: Levi’s, Camel Active, Geox, Lacoste, Guy Laroche, Delsey, Pierre Cardin, Timberland, Nautica, Lee, Le Coq, Diadora and The North Face, as well as many Thai high brands and unlabeled clothing. The outlet mall has quickly become a major shopping destination for travelers to Pattaya, and its sales area has even been extended because of its increasing popularity. Currently the outlet complex is divided into two sections: the Outlet Mall and the Premium Fashion Mall, which was opened after one year extending the commercial space of another 5,000 square meters. Expansion offers a mix of new stores set in a beautiful complex of buildings featuring a Mediterranean-style landscape, with a couple of cafés and restaurants, one serving Thai-style noodles and another focusing on burgers and hot dogs. Following the concept of an outdoor shopping centre, the Premium Fashion Mall houses more than other 50 internationally famous brands offering massive discounts on sportswear, golfing equipment and fashion accessories. Most prestigious brands include: Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Samsonite, Speedo, Crocs, Lacoste, Timberland, Quiksilver, Guess, as well as Bridgestone, Mizuno, Taylormade, Oakley, Puma Golf and Callaway.
